House Rules
1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay.
2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. An additional fee of $20 per unregistered guest per day will apply.
3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony.
4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
5- No pets or animals are allowed.
* Violations of these guidelines may incur a charge of $500, and guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
6-No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building
* Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $200 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
7- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
8- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin (do not move bins).
- Turn off all lights.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
9- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost
10- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
11-If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.

1- This is an older home, built in 1978, with the charm and character of its era.
2- The home does not have central air conditioning.
3- Please note that this is a split-level home so there are a few stairs, both inside and outside.
4- Pets are welcome — up to two pets allowed, with a $150 fee per pet ($300 total for two).
5- The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use.
